But these chickens are feral, unchecked so their breeding becomes unchecked. They're multiplying at an astonishing rate. The noise levels in residential areas are causing people to loose sleep; tourists are complaining; the State Psychologist said that many people are suffering with mental and physical health problems due to lack of sleep; and the eruption of loud, unpredicable sound. I am glad to know someone else, other than myself, is actively working to solve this problem.
